Postage and Packing
UK rates:
Orders up to £50.00: £2.50
Orders between £50.00 - £150.00: £3.00
Orders over £150.00 will be sent free.
Worldwide rates:
Orders up to £100.00: £10.00
Orders over £100.00: £15.00
Insurance
Insurance is included for order values up to £30. If you require insurance for a larger order, this can be provided at £5.00.
Delivery
We aim for 14 days, but as our items are handmade, we ask that you allow 21 days before enquiring. At busy times of the year i.e. the run up to Christmas, orders may take longer because of the demand. In order to be sure of receiving orders in time for Christmas, we recommend that orders arrive no later than 7th October. Obviously we will do our best to clear orders in time for Christmas, but cannot guarantee to do so.
Terms
STRICTLY PAYMENT WITH ORDER, by cheque or postal order, crossed and made payable to 'J RAYMENT'. We regret we cannot accept personal cheques from outside the U.K. E-mail your order to us at: jacqs_house@hotmail.com and we will give you details of ordering by post.
We now have Paypal payments and an automated overseas shipping cost calculator integrated into this site.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders will not be sent out until payment is received, therefore, late payment may result in delayed delivery.
